Paid Search Manager

Type: Full Time

Location: Indianapolis Office

We are looking for an experienced Paid Search Manager to plan and manage all paid search campaigns for our client base. Reporting to the VP of Digital Strategy Development, the Paid Search Manager will work with a team of creatives, digital marketing specialists, content strategists, and accounts team to devise strategies, campaigns, and tactics where paid search is involved. The Paid Search Manager will help acquire new leads and customers through online pay-per-click and cost-per-acquisition campaigns. This position is responsible for all external, online acquisition marketing, managing the strategy, execution, and optimization across channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns to include, Planning and implementation, Tracking, and tweaking, and evaluating performance
  • Optimizing marketing spend on paid search.
  • Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and landing page sources reports and then communicating progress with the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.
  • Craft landing pages and lead-gen forms for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
  • Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand our reach and/or lower cost-per-acquisition.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
  • 2-3 years of search engine marketing experience.
  • Strong Google AdWords and PPC optimization experience in general across all search engines (certification is a plus).
  • Bid management tools experience.
  • Fluency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more)
  • Knowledge and experience with content distribution and placement networks like Outbrain and Taboola.
  • Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results

As a Senior Marketing Consultant, you will

  • Learn, practice and eventually teach the core tenets of digital marketing
  • Conduct client kickoff and Discovery meetings in conjunction with the rest of the marketing and development team
  • Identify buyer personas, research competitive landscapes, and recognize purchase patterns for developing content mapping
  • Orchestrate Campaigns to drive leads via all channels including advertising, email, website, social media, etc.
  • Devise social media strategies and monitor client’s social accounts
  • Manage a wide range of SEO efforts including keyword development, organic optimization, content optimization, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with the Content Production Manager in guiding the creation and marketing of content for all stages of the funnel
  • Analyze regular reports to draw intelligent conclusions from the data, prove ROI, define KPI’s and present outcomes to clients
  • Assist in managing day-to-day client relationships through conference calls and presentations
  • Manage and refocus client expectations to align with agreed upon scopes of work, changing circumstances, and the company’s capabilities
  • Manage the renewal of contracts for client engagements
  • Assist the sales team as directed in exploratory calls and meetings with potential clients
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to make forward-thinking recommendations to clients

Top skills and experience we look for

  • BS degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years digital marketing experience where responsible for working with and managing multiple clients in an agency environment
  • Experience with use of marketing automation platforms and sales CRM type applications
  • Experience developing and analyzing reports to create and redirect digital marketing strategies
  • Proven experience in developing SEO-rich content and conducting keyword research
  • Experience in social media, Pay-Per-Click, paid advertising and ad serving tools
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and lead nurturing
  • Google Analytics and Ad Words certified
  • Experience with HubSpot
  • Working knowledge and some experience with html coding and website/graphic design preferred

Account Executive

Type: Full Time

Location: Indianapolis Office

Description:

We are looking for an experienced account executive to help manage our growing list of partner relationships.  With a high emphasis on driving internal resources to meet marketing goals, the AE team requires a high attention to detail, can manage partner expectations, and is comfortable with setting timelines and holding people accountable.  Reporting to the director of account services, each AE will build relationships with their partners and work with the operations team to complete tasks.
